Southeastern Wisconsin’s biggest snow storm of the year has caused the cancellation of tonight’s Tim Finn concert at Turner Hall Ballroom. The pic above is from the email that delivered the bad news. I consoled myself by watching this footage of Tim Finn performing “Persuasion” with song co-writer Richard Thompson (who is playing at the Pabst tomorrow night). The song is from Finn’s 1993 effort, Before & After.
In my previous Finn post, I focused on the Split Enz song, “Six Months in a Leaky Boat.” Finn did a solo version for the 1989 single, “How’m I Gonna Sleep.” Below you’ll find all three songs from the single.
